Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.

  • 5–10 business days: Transit time for us to receive your return.
  • 3–5 business days: Processing time once your return is received.
  • 5–10 business days: Time for your bank to process the refund request.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that restrictions may apply to some products, and some items may not be eligible for international shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you choose.

Delivery Estimates

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weight can be found on the item detail page.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
